How long will the treatment take?
Appointments required will vary depending on condition, the individual, and the amount of support required.
Sometimes one or two appointments are sufficient to achieve the change required, however for longer term programmes such as weight loss, it is normal to require at least 4 sessions over a period of time.
Some of my clients return on an adhoc basis over a period of months as they feel benefit from ongoing support.
If you have booked an appointment, and you need to cancel, there is no fee as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For single appointment cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, then payment is required in full. For cancellations/no-shows within 24 hours whereby the appointment is part of a package, then the fee for the appointment will be deducted from the package cost paid.
My time is valuable and so is yours. If you are late for an appointment then you lose that time. If you don’t show then you will still be charged in full. In return I promise to honour our appointments and to be on time too.
When you book an appointment with me, I commit to having enough time available, and to block my treatment room for you. That affects how many clients I take on. For that reason I don’t offer refunds.
